Overview
Consider the problem defined in Milestone One. Your goal for this assignment is to design empowerment in the organization to prevent major problems.
Using what you have learned, prepare for your assignment by thinking about the following points:
· Consider how you would create an inclusive culture where inspiration is the norm.
· Start with how your defined problem started. Who could have done something in the first place?
· What are the steps to design empowerment?
The process should include a step-by-step action list that every manager in any organization can follow. Start at the individual level. This is where managers have the confidence and believe in their creativity to share ideas. Employees should also feel responsible and care for the organization in the process. When you are finished, anyone in the organization can find and fix problems before they get worse.
Directions
For this assignment, write a paper discussing how empowerment can be designed into the organization. Create a step-by-step action list that every manager in the organization can use to empower employees.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
1. Describe what empowerment looks like in the organization.
2. Define key elements of an inclusive culture.
3. Design frequent leadership actions to create inclusion and empowerment.
4. Explore the respective systems that ensure these actions are practiced throughout the organization.

Include at least two peer-reviewed sources with APA in-text citations and references. Peer-reviewed articles are written by experts and reviewed by other experts in the same field before they are published.
